THE HOME OF THE FOUR CYCLE STEAM ENGINE CONCEPT

Some pictures of the Universal Injection Valve Patent US 6,928,992 - bolt on direct injection valve technology that incorporates variable valve lift. It also offers high temperature, high pressure,  and high speed operating capabilities. And the Corn Burner solid fuel external combustion chamber (upper right).

This website is devoted to the Flash Steam Engine Experimenter.  Our centerpiece engine design is a four-cycle steam engine.  Since 1994, several four-cycle steam engines have been operated using the direct injection valve (Universal Injection Valve) developed.

Hybrid Convection Burner- part 2

(above) Video of the combustion chamber with cover open, this is a manual feed unit, automated units do not require manual feeding or agitation of the fuel-pile by the user, this unit is burning only whole kernel corn. No alternate fuel sources are being used. The unit will burn all types of pelletized biomass. more video of this solid fuel burner at flashsteamvideo.com

SAFE COMPONENT SELECTION----When selecting a component, the total system design must be considered to ensure safe, trouble free performance. Component function, materials compatibility, adequate ratings, proper installation, operation, and maintenance are the responsibility of the system designer and user.
